Passionate, multi-cultural entrepreneur & corporate manager with 15 years of experience in Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Olivier-Hicham holds a PharmD degree from Brussels University (Belgium), MSc in Industrial Pharmacy from University of Brussels (Belgium) and is graduated with an Executive MBA (Vlerick Business School) in 2019. After starting his career in 2008 as Pharmaceutical Business Development then Project Manager focused on the Middle-East & North African region, Olivier-Hicham founded NORTHERAL in Brussels and MEDITHERAL in Algeria, a pharmaceutical trainings & exhibition company located across both sides of Mediterranean in 2012 and launched “MAGHREB PHARMA Expo”, a pharmaceutical technology tradeshow in Algeria that is now Africa’s largest pharmaceutical technology event. His company merged in 2015 with EASYFAIRS (world’s largest privately-owned exhibition organizer) and Olivier-Hicham keeps managing the new venture focusing on the North African market. Since then, Olivier-Hicham has launched/acquired 5 other B2B tradeshows in the field of Life Science, Security, Industrial Maintenance and Hospitality in Algeria. He is also the founder of DJAZINVEST (Belgium), a company providing fundraising services to large Algerian Corporations and co-founder of AMADAL TRADE (Switzerland).
