Graduated from the University of Geneva with the Diploma of Advanced studies in Commodity Trading, Mourad has an extensive experience of 17 years in Trading; Trade Finance; Structured Finance and Risk Management. He is the CEO & Founder of Tilelli Consulting Ltd, an International Trade Consultancy and advisory boutique providing tailor made expertise to the companies and allow them having access to International Trade Finance and mitigate trade risks. Mourad worked in different industries including prestigious banks like BNP Paribas, Paris; Credit Agricole, Geneva and Credit Suisse, Geneva, where he managed a diversified portfolio of well-known Commodity Trading firms. He was also Head of Trade Finance for a Swiss Commodity Trading firm active in Oil & Gas, where he successfully developed and managed bank credit facilities. He understands the business from different perspectives: from financial institutions side and from industry side. It gives him the attractive advantage of knowing what both sides require from a business relationship, and he is better able to empathise with the other party in negotiations. Mourad possesses a first-class knowledge of the ‘vanilla’ Trade & Structured Finance products (LCs/SBLCs, Bank Guarantees, Doc Collection, Prepayment, REPO, MRPA…). He has an extensive experience in deal structuring using innovative solutions and understands the importance of forming and maintaining good relationships with all parties involved in processing transactions. His moto is ‘’Each door has a key’’, meaning that there is no challenge without a solution.
